STAFFING STANDARDS

Our staff are required to have the following checks and education:

  • National Police Check
  • Level 2 in First Aid & CPR
  • Working with Childrens Check
  • Minimum Certificate IV qualification relating to community services
  • Must pass PRE Employment psychometric testing
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Disabilities
  • Confidentiality regulations
  • DHHS Fire Emergency Evacuation Training
  • Valid Australian Drivers Licence

RELIABILITY

We aim to adhere to the following:

  • Provide a 24/7 service
  • Provide consistent staffing to our clients
  • Have a staff member available within 30 minutes of being requested
  • Ability to have staff readily available in crisis response situations
  • Guaranteed to develop packages that meet the needs of all individual clients with a disability
